We are looking for a General Maintenance professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to general maintenance and repair, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and landscaping.
The ideal candidate should have experience in general maintenance and repair work, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment, and systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
Inspect and test systems and equipment to ensure proper operation.
Repair or replace defective parts or components.
Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facility Job Type:
