Time Management Skills (able to arrive to restaurant and destination on-time) Interpersonal Communication Skills (able to give the Chick-fil-A experience to all guests, even outside the restaurant) Task Management Skills (able to balance multiple priorities and execute with excellence) Follow all Safety and Security procedures in the event of an issue.
Kindly handle all customer comments and complaints using the HEARD model Be able to Multitask and see the big picture Demonstrate Second Mile Service Make decisions based on what is best for the restaurant, not the individual Treat others with Honor, Dignity, and Respect Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
