Responsibilities:
Be Personable/Courteous to employees, customers, and general public inquiries.
Assist will all aspects and activites for day-to-day office operations Clerical and Administrative activities - Draft correspondences and other formal documents Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Maintain office equipment and supplies Filing as needed Add/Update information in MLS & back office systems Coordinate conferences, meetings, and plan events; such as luncheons or special events Manage and create office calendar Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Team Player Required - Work well as a member of a group Dedicated:
Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty and integrity Previous experience in office administration, real estate or other related fields preferred Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail Oriented:
Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Strong organizational skills Strong computer literacy is a must! Positive attitude Job Type:
