Responsibilities:
Be Personable/Courteous to employees, customers, and general public inquiries.
Assist will all aspects and activites for day-to-day office operations Clerical and Administrative activities - Draft correspondences and other formal documents Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Maintain office equipment and supplies Filing as needed Add/Update information in MLS & back office systems Coordinate conferences, meetings, and plan events; such as luncheons or special events Manage and create office calendar Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
