The partnership was created to introduce composite fan blades in a GE90 Engine that powers the Boeing 777.
It has leveraged the success of this product to introduce additional fan blades on the GEnx Engines that power the Boeing 787 and Boeing 747-8.
CFAN has become a leader in advanced composite technology through the use of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies as well as the implementation of High-Performance Work Teams (HPWT).
With close to half of its engineering personnel graduating from Texas State University, CFAN relies on this relationship to keep bringing technological breakthroughs in the manufacturing of composite fan blades.

The IT Business Leader will be responsible for leading, mentoring and coaching the IT team and will report to the Continuous Improvement Leader.
Will be responsible for administering, supporting, and managing Infor Cloudsuite (syteline applications.
and all aspects of the network, for complex/critical incident troubleshooting, complex change implementation, cyber security, leads team on a variety of projects to deliver high quality results, and develops/executes a long-term digital strategy.
The IT Business Leader will be the SME for Infor Cloudsuite Industrial, will collaborate with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and assess computing and system needs and requirements.
Essential Functions:
Administer and support CFAN's ERP solution- Infor Cloudsuite Industrial Leads the planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of information systems.
Evaluates and recommends hardware and software solutions Manage IT team projects, priorities, and budget Provide outstanding IT support to all users Assumes responsibility for telecommunications, local/wide area network (LAN/WAN) In -depth working knowledge of SQL/Database queries to assist in accelerating improvements.
Remain current on advances in technology Outstanding writing skills, namely a command of grammar, syntax, diction, and the conventions and best practices of writing a variety of technical documents Strong collaboration skills:
ability to work with a variety of other writers and cross-functional peers.
Awareness of how Information Technology drives value to its customers and how the information development function fits into CFAN's Information Technology overall business strategy Provides ongoing liaison with user groups to implement programs, determine needs, and resolve problem situations.
Performs other duties as assigned Competencies:

Experience:
Bachelor's degree - (IT/technology/Computer Science/Digital/MIS, etc.
) 5-10 years of experience in Window Server 5-10 years of experience in an ERP solution like Infor Cloudsuite Industrial One or more of the following:
CCNA, MSCA, CCNP, or SQL certifications Preferred Education/Certifications:
Masters / PMP certification Physical Demands:
