We're looking to hire 2-4 Residential/Commercial cleaners to join our growing team! When you work with Hill Country Housekeepers, we want you to know that you're not only working with a established and successful cleaning service but you are also working with a company that works hard to integrate responsible and honest practices into all that we do.
At Hill Country Housekeepers, you are eligible for a W2 after a 90 day period, affording you the rights and benefits that come with that including paid vacation time, payroll taxes, etc.

You like an active job and don't mind coming home from work sweaty Enjoy working together with others No task too small or too large! You're consistently 10 minutes early and you rarely miss work You love that feeling when leaving a space cleaner than you found it Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Ensure client location is locked and secured when leaving Interact positively with fellow team members Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors Commit to continued learning and training throughout employment Arrive to all sessions and meetings on time Comply with safety policies and procedures

High school diploma or GED strongly preferred Full time availability Possess a functional smartphone with a data plan Ability to work alone with minimal supervision Physical requirements include:
walking and standing during the entire shift (often 4-8 hours), climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing and pulling objects, repetitive bending and lifting (minimum 10 lbs), and repetitive arm movement Driver's License Reliable transportation to and from work Detail oriented You must pass a background check Work well with others Must be kind and polite and able to have a cordial, and professional conversation with our clients Must be punctual and reliable Job Type:
