Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Knows and actively demonstrates daily our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values 2.
Recruits, hires, and ensures training of new warehouse employees 3.
Monitor associate's productivity and performance expectations 4.
Ability to communicate effectively with subordinates and upper management 5.
Ability to learn and perform subordinates job descriptions including but not limited to warehouse supervisors and wholesale associates 6.
Maintain and teach organization skills 7.
Responsible for maintaining productions, productivity, qualify, and extraordinary customer service 8.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing processes and procedures.

Prepares and implements production and quality plans based around customer service standards 10.
Responsible maintenance and training for all industrial equipment 11.
Partner with HR and upper management for employee coaching and training 12.
Create and review weekly or bi-weekly schedule for all associates 13.
Monitor and supervise associate's attendance and punctuality 14.
Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team 15.
Availability to travel to local and state facilities as required 16.
Ensures a clean workplace 17.
Working in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA 18.
Possess time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks and meet the demands of the day 19.
Attendance and timeliness is required.
