Support our strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs Support our strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Promote value added services and other company promotional programs to create selling opportunities.
Ensures orders, opportunities, and leads are tracked effectively Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming calls Provide excellent customer service on all calls Assist sales in prioritizing urgent or time sensitive requests Ensure customer satisfaction Project coordination and documentation Attend hand off meeting with sales for new projects Compile Submittal documents Follow up on outstanding submittals Coordinate and communicate with customer on expected shipment dates Coordinate and communicate with operations on expected shipment dates Compile and send OMM documents Document activity in CRM Software Other responsibilities could include Cross Training with inside sales and client services/logistics Quotes for repair and replacement parts General Administrative functions Requirements Experience with CRM, HubSpot, and market intelligence platforms Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to identify solutions for successful outcomes Desire to collaborate with all departments to create a streamline process Strong organizational skills with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment Perks and Benefits Paid Weekly on Thursday Casual work environment with a fun company culture.
