The ideal candidate will have worked in HVAC or similar trade, be proficient in managing multiple phone lines, have solid computer skills, and be comfortable working in a fast paced, demanding work environment.
This is a full time position consisting of 40 hours a week, Mon - Fri.
On-Call Rotation required.
Pay:
Starting at $18.
00/hr.
depending on experience

Job Duties:
Answer phones Assist in managing daily technician load Assure 100 % customer satisfaction Maintain accurate customer account information Respond to customer emails Data entry Communicate with management on a regular basis to resolve questions, concerns or issues Back up dispatch as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience working as a CSR in a fast paced environment - preferably HVAC or similar trade.
Well organized Ability to multi-task Computer skills Excellent phone presence Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office software.
Geographical knowledge of service area Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing industry preferred Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
