We are truly excited about hiring on a new teammate to our growing Physical Therapy practice.
Limitless Physical Therapy was founded in San Marcos, TX in 2017 with our second location in New Braunfels opening in 2023.
Limitless is looking to hire a dynamic, energetic, and positive colleague to assist our front office.
You will frequently be the first employee to greet patients on phone calls or in person as they attend their Physical Therapy session.
It is especially important that you enjoy working with others in the community and within the doors at Limitless.
You will be trained well and will have the luxury of working alongside our front office manager for the first several weeks in event of questions or concerns as you learn the role.
Must be fluent in Spanish.
We don't require you to have any health care or front office experience, but a positive attitude is a must! Responsibilities Scheduling patients, build profiles and cases for incoming patients, verify insurances and benefits, submitting for insurance authorizations, other office administrative tasks as assigned.

Open Monday - Thursday 7am - 7pm, and Friday 7am-3pm.
No weekends.
You will not be expected to be there all hours.
