The position will entail working 40
hours weekly, with overtime required on alternating Saturdays.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Exceptional customer service and telephone skills are a must.
Demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail.
Greet customers and enter customer information into the computer system.
Collecting payment and giving appropriate change.
Responsible for counting the contents of cash register drawer at the end of each shift and maintaining receipts.
Receive and direct incoming calls.
Educate customers on services provided.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Data entry Create weight tickets for vehicles on the scale with computer software.
Perform light housekeeping duties.
Willingness and discipline to be on time and ready to work at start of shift.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
Ability to stand / walk as well as bending and stooping.
Makes timely and sound decisions; uses resources wisely.
Follow all items on daily, weekly and monthly checklist and any other duties as asked by other personnel.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Experience and Skill Requirements High School diploma or GED Certification Minimum 1 year experience in customer service Able to safely lift and carry 30 lbs Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Good math skills Ability to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with customers and other employees required Strong interpersonal skills required Able to multi-task and keep a friendly composure even under highly stressful situations Adept at problem solving, handling conflict and able to deal effectively in fast-paced environment Adequate familiarity with Microsoft products:
