growing our social media reach, and supporting key marketing programs.
In the Social Media aspect of the role, you'll create social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and more).
In the Marketing Assistant aspect of the role, you'll collaborate with the Marketing Director and assist in creating marketing material to be used in our communities.
You'll also work closely with the Marketing Team in creating and implementing AI integration to our website and call center.
Ideal candidates are familiar with all social media platforms and have experience in the Senior Living, Health Care or Hospitality Industries.
Responsibilities:
Social Media:
Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, reviews and messages across social media platforms.
Analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into our social media strategy.
Monitor and report on competitors' social media activity and adjust our strategy accordingly.
Adhere to a consistent brand voice and maintain company brand standards in all product support materials and communications.
Marketing:
Assist with creation, production and proofing of sales support documents, presentations and related website content.
Provide receptionist coverage as needed.
Assist with handling and routing sales leads.
Undertake other projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse responsibilities.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in social media management Experience managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Experience in creating engaging content and campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Familiarity with social media tools such as Google Analytics, experience with Reputation a plus.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy and consistency Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams Strong organizational and project management skills Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Please note our location:
