The firm is a residential cleaning firm providing services primarily in the client's home.

The ideal manager will have the following skill sets:
Professional demeanor and management style Strong supervisory skills Excellent interpersonal skills to work with clients and employees Recruiting and training are a must for this position Maintain a very high level of quality and service for the customer Ability to schedule and manage employees and clients in a rapidly changing environment Outstanding problem solving skills Strong organizational skills Ability to suggest and create processes and procedures as needed Great interpersonal skills to acquire and work with new clients This position will be the face of the company in central Texas.
The manager will have 100% control of this unit and will be responsible for all aspects of the unit.
The primary day to day roles for this position will include recruiting employees, training employees, maintaining and adding clients, scheduling client jobs and employees, addressing customer service issues and much more.
This is very much a hands on job and the manager will do whatever necessary to get the job done including working at the client's homes.

We are growing rapidly and moving into new areas which will enable this person to relocate to another area if they wish at some point.
Management experience is required, but it does not necessarily need to be as the head manager.
