We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, revenue management, p&l management and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services - Implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability -Drive the Sales process -Manage FInancials to ensure margins are acheived - Supervise and train staff members in various departments - Ensure high-quality guest experiences through effective leadership and customer service - Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, and scheduling - Maintain and improve hotel facilities to meet guest expectations
Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management with a focus on revenue optimization -PIP Management/Renovations - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team - Knowledge of front desk operations, guest services, and phone etiquette - Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with international guests - Familiarity with managing phone systems and reservations software Join our team as a General Manager and lead our hotel to success with your expertise in revenue management, leadership, and exceptional guest services.
