An Automotive Dealership Group is looking for a qualified Sales Manager to join our team. Candidates must have prior auto sales manager experience, a great attitude, and a high-energy personality. This position demands a professional who has experience creating a positive sales environment and maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
o Establish and maintain working relationships with Auto Manufactures
o Proficient with inventory management
o Accurately understand and utilize incentive programs
o Prepare and exceed monthly and annual sales forecasts
o Conduct sales meetings to motivate and train sales professionals
o Adhere to high ethical standards while maintaining gross profit and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
o Proven track record of achieving goals
o Outstanding communication skills
o Ability to manage and lead people
o Excellent organizational skills
o Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
o Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug testEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
