Compensation/Perks:
Full Time (36+hrs/wk) Position.
4 weeks of Paid Training (Mon -Fri from 8a- 5p) at $10/hour.

Duties &
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via Internet chat, Email, and predominantly inbound calls.
Be familiar with our internal tools, online help, community forums, and support channels.
Step-by-step troubleshooting to achieve first call resolution.
Embrace and always exhibit 'Googliness' with team & customers.
Concurrently, work on multiple projects.
Maintain thorough and correct documentation.

Required Skills /
Experience:
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, technology, or related field.
Strong problem solving and research skills.
Adaptability; accurately and easily master new tools or applications.
Genuine customer service philosophy.

Shifts Available:
AM (1st Shift time frame) Scheduling.
PM (2nd Shift time frame) Scheduling.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
