WANTED: Licensed Insurance Representatives
Compensation: $60,000- $75,000 yearly
We are looking for a particular type of individual to grow our business here in San Marcos. We are hiring for a position of entry level sales and experienced licensed insurance representatives.
We are looking for a person who is outgoing, past track record of success.
Entrepreneur type mentality.
Positive personality.
Driven and Teachable
Someone wants to get paid what they're worth.
Experience in the healthcare industry, dentistry, or pharmaceuticals sales preferred ( Not required)
Duties:
Business development within assigned area.
Lead generation
Appointment setting
Small and large group presentation
Solution and consultative selling
Must be available to work (40-50 hrs M-F some Saturday) Flexible Schedule
Must be able to travel occasional within the state
All our elite representatives go through a first class training, we provide the proven business model to achieve the sale. We provide unlimited mentoring from the top down. Representatives will present our coverage of supplemental insurance that protects again Cancer, Heart Attack/Stroke and Accident as well as many other benefits to small and midsize companies. Representatives out of training are provided leads.
We are also looking for those interested to move into a sales management or leadership position with extra compensation. It will definitely help if you have direct sales experience, but it's not necessary. Bi-lingual candidate is a plus. Several opportunities available, interviews being held !!!
