We are looking for a Marketing Director / Admissions ( outside ) for San Marcos Rehabilitation & Health Care in San Marcos, TX
We offer proactive and advanced rehabilitation programs utilizing our unique transitional care which enable us to focus on individual, tailored plans of care designed to meet the specific needs of each of our patients. This tailored approach allows each patient the ability to achieve their highest level of functioning prior to returning home or to their previous level of care.

Job Description
The Director of Marketing position is to promote the facility's services to encourage resident referrals and supervise or facilitate the admissions process in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ability to grow the company's business in the community through relationships with medical facilities, physicians, hospitals, HMOs, and other medical groups.
Qualifications
Educational Requirement:
Has, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
Bachelors preferred or experience
Experience:
At least three years of prior marketing healthcare experience
Hays County, Austin, San Antonio, Hill Country, San Marcos Marketing in Skilled Nursing / Admissions a HUGE PLUS
Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.
Ability to be calm and level-headed in emergencies.
Well groomed, professional and possess ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
Ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing admission practices.
Knowledgeable in the use of computers, e-mail, spreadsheets and document word processing.
Maintain patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as ability to handle residents, staff, and visitors, based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.
